Types and sizes of demanded spaces
We can be very flexible when building our stores. We are able to reconstruct and reapprove the spaces (change of use). Also, the sizes are not an obstacle for us. We are looking for spaces from 200 m2, but even a store of 2000 m2 or larger is not a problem.
Preferred locations
Our preferred locations are mainly busy places in city centers or peripheries near motorways with parking. The added value is always a bus or train stop nearby and parking possibilities.
Reward for recommending the spaces
In case you recommend us the space we will decide for, we will pay you a commission of 20-50 thousand Czech crowns. The amount will depend on the attractiveness of the space and its rent.
